Delivery took longer than usual. I’ve returned goods - at my cost - most other online stores are allowing free returns at this time. Still not heard anything - returned first class last Friday. Returned (free) another item to another company last Thursday and yesterday received email to advise they are processing refund - Lands End need to catch up with competition

I suppose it’s because of the present situation that delivery took 10 & 12 days.
The trousers that I ordered came up like 2 sizes small. This sizing should’ve stated that. I’m disappointed with Landsend order this time.

When the trousers arrived I expected them to be hemmed as stated when ordered, but I was disappointed. They were unhemmed and rough.
I spoke to someone for help before ordering to determine the required length, but this didn’t happen.
