Viking have taken the money however delivered the goods to the wrong address and person. The courier has not even checked the signature of who took the goods, which is nothing like what is on the delivery address label. No customer services telephone number so no means of getting through to Viking, email address only and a response time of 5 days, unacceptable.

I had been let down by a supplier when ordering a significant value of gift cards for our employees. Various Viking employees made it possible for me to set up an account to be invoiced for the value of them and have the payment approved in the space of 24 hours, which meant the cards could be delivered in time to distribute them before people started disappearing for their Christmas holidays
