Awful customer service! Ordered product with next day delivery and received email with dispatch date on same day as order. Messaged customer service 4 days later to find out where my order was, as I had not yet received it, to be told that they didn’t actually have any stock and it was on back order with their supplier. I questioned why I was not advised of this and why I received an email saying
