Ordered a paper shredder..24/48 hrs delivery. Not too bad.
Heard nothing after order confirmation, then decided to check actual delivery was then advised delivery to be minimum of a week.
The shredder was urgent so when were Viking going to inform me of this very late delivery date.

My order was sent twice. E-mailed customer services who wanted to know if I want a replacement! Of course I didn't want a replacement I wanted to send back the repeated order.
