1. The most important item shown as picked was not in box.
2. A ream of paper had come of its packaging having been shaken around unsecured. Just about usable but now all loose sheets.
3. Customer service agreed to credit missing item but would not send a replacement without payment for its delivery.

If you need it tomorrow, don’t trust it to Viking.
I ordered some products from Viking as said in stock and next day delivery. It did not arrive the next day... it turned out they had none in stock. This was in no way made clear. In fairness they did refund this portion of the order, although I got 3 emails from different people saying the same thing which isn’t great.

If you need it tomorrow, don’t trust it to Viking.

Placed my order as it said next day delivery! Ordered Thursday Ink cartridges delivered late Monday afternoon... Always used Viking but will shop around from now on!!!
