I still have not received my parcel from Peter Hahn. According to my email it was posted on 22nd May 2023 and the money was taken out of my account on the 21st May 2023. Please can you tell me when I will receive it.

I am still awaiting my order placed on the 13th May 2023, I have never known a company to take so long on there deliveries and question myself if I will ever use them again!

However, your refund service is extremely slow. I am still waiting for a refund which should have been credited to my card, especially as the warehouse has confirmed that you have received my return over 2 weeks ago.
The two items were only returned as they were a poor fit, as all the other items I received have fitted well.
Apparently this is a computer fault as you have rece

Peter Hahn has an excellent website & is incredibly efficient once an order is made. Most items are actually out of my price range but there are frequent opportunities to grab something nice. I especially appreciate having such stylish items in bigger sizes -- many ranges only go to 18 max.

Very poor delivery and communication as to delay and expectation of when delivery will take place. I was told money wouldn’t be taken until dispatch. My payment was taken on 22nd May but still no idea when good will be received.

I have shopped with Peter Hahn for years. Great choice of products but I have recently placed two orders at the beginning of this month that I still haven’t received! I called them last week and was told some story about them changing systems and things not going to plan but the orders have been sent. I still haveńt received them and I notice the system change didńt stop the money from being taken

I ordered a pair of shorts 2nd May. Almost a month later & they still haven’t arrived. I phoned customer service, only to be told that the system has changed & orders are running late, rest assured they are on their way. That was over a week ago. That is my 1st and last order with Peter Hahn!

No e mail acknowledgement of order or notification of dispatch and very slow delivery (more than 2 weeks for order to arrive despite being in stock). Wanted item for holiday in 2 weeks but didn’t order as couldn’t be sure it would arrive in time.
