The item I ordered was delivered on time and well packaged. Unfortunately the wig didn't suit me and I had to return it.
The instructions for returning the item were clear and easy to understand. At the time of writing, the wig is probably still in transit, therefore the refund hasn't been processed. I have previously bought a wig from Natural Image and been delighted with it. Will buy more!

Excellent delivery service but very disappointed in the wig colour. Because 17/101 on Virginia has been discontinued (Shame) I have had this or Georgia for the last 30 years, I like the length of Virginia best, so I got it in Mink , it is far too dark but I can't change it now because I have worn it, so to me it has been an absolute waste of a weeks pension,

The product is good and delivery was on time. I have issues reclaiming the VAT which has to be done once the product has been delivered by completing and submitting a form but, unfortunately, the VAT has not been refunded to date, the form was submitted some weeks ago. I do not understand why the VAT is not deducted at point of sale as any later refund would reflect the deduction of the VAT.
