Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Some of this was beyond the control of myphotopuzzle and bad timing but delivery coincided with the closing of Dover and Brexit, choice of courier in UPS is questionable given they are awful and left box out in rain. The quality is good but a few pieces had the edges coming away of the photo which had to be glued in place, really should not need to do on a premium priced product. Box is nice.
