Puzzle itself is excellent quality as per previous purchases. Well packaged, well priced, dispatched quickly and exactly what I ordered.
Delivery was rubbish though - it was delivered to a local collection point because the delivery driver couldn’t be arsed to follow a short diversion to access the delivery address.
Won’t prevent me from reordering though.

Company was good at staying in touch when the delivery company tried to deliver the order the first and second time. Very helpful customer service and a great birthday gift!

Swift service and extremely pleased with the picture quality. Even more pleased with the customer service...my initial jigsaw was damaged in the post ( it was well packaged so must have been handled badly). I sent photos and within an hr I had a response telling me that a replacement was being processed. It arrived within days. I was so pleased. It was a gift and the recipient was delighted!
