Not clear on returns label whether the slip is meant to be included with the returned goods or not. Free returns would be good in covid times.

After returning an online order nearly a month ago and providing proof of return Houghton Country have still not refunded me my refund! Refusing to refund until item received! Customer care is disgusting and after going backwards and forwards via e mail I am taking the matter further! I will never use this company again for my equestrian needs!!
