It has been a month since I sent off my blood sample and I am still waiting for the results. I had to chase up to see if they had received it.

Do what your supposed to do!
I posted my samples of 6/9 and you said weren't received until 13th -
Then by 29th they still hadn't been processed and you said that you has equipment shortages.
When i asked for a refund you wanted to hold back £15 for the price of a test kit.
After remonstrating and threatening to report you to my credit card company and appropriate consumer association bureau yo

The test showed I had a 100% intolerance to a 'miscellaneous allergy' when I emailed to ask what this was and could they test what it was I didn't even receive a reply

Not solving a problem. It’s very transactional, you pay and if your allergy doesn’t happen to be on their predetermined list, they are extremely unhelpful about what you can do next. I’d have thought that the goal of their customer is to identify and manage their allergies, so a good business would want to help them achieve that. I’m not even saying they need to do follow up tests or anything, but

I've been allergic to cats and horses for the last 33 years that I know of.

Bought this test for my grandmother and it really helped her! She has suffered with headaches and nausea for so long and now we know the trigger. Removed dairy from her diet 2 weeks ago and already her headaches have stopped. Can't recommend this test and company enough!

I've been having problems for dome time and wasn't getting anywhere at the doctors. I decided to do my own homework and ordered a test. The kit came promptly. My results were through in a couple of days. After cutting the necessary items out of my diet I feel so much better after just a few days. I wish I'd done it a long time ago
