As always everything is great. Unfortunately there was just the one pair of jeans which both fitted brilliantly and I love the colour. Sadly the rest will be going back...

This is my second pair of these lovely boots. So comfortable I just give them an extra spray with waterproofing spray and they brush up great.

Ordered a pair of Yeezy's received an email saying my order had been placed, money within my account had been withheld and then taken by Browns Fashion, only for me to still await an email confirmation. It wasn't until I emailed them myself, that they finally got back to me 6 days after placing my order, that my order had been cancelled. When speaking to their CS team all I was offered as compensation was free delivery and £10 off. So now I'm £155 down for up to 14 days, and I cannot get the pair of Yeezy's now due to poor customer communications. A company that turns over millions cannot get their servers right to ensure they limit their possible amount of orders, and they cannot even send out an email keeping their customers updated. Pure and utter shambles.

One of the most bizarre experiences ever. Sales assistant was taking tea with friend and completely ignored me. Despite asking for assistance she continued to discuss her social life and their mutual friends. When I asked for service she huffed and puffed. Tried to insist that I tried on 1 shoe rather than a pair as she didn't want to have to fetch the other one. Then insulted me with a snide comment about me not understanding the brand (as I wasn't the right type for the brand!).
I am a well dressed 50 year old professional woman who came in wearing an Orla Keily dress with Emma Hope shoes-so obviously not a time waster.

Time wasters and liars - I ordered a pair of squash shoes for �45 from them in January 2010. Didn't receive on time so called them a number of times. Every time I was told that my shoes have been sent out on a specific date which was different with every phone call. When I called for the 4th time AFTER 3 WEEKS (!!!) and I heared the same story again I asked for the tracking number. I was then told "oh sorry, I meant they will be sent out today". Requested a refund - yet still no shoes and no money...
