We were refused to board the flight at Heathrow to Johannesburg despite being at the airport 2 hours early. We had checked in and everything so it was in your system that we showed up. Despite that your system was showing we didn't show up and blocked us from booking the next flight to Paris. This was not a holiday, we were going to a funeral of my brother who died unexpectedly and is a loved fath

Easy to book via the app. Convenient times for flights. Direct flights from Newcastle (where I live) to Paris (where my daughter lives).

I had to move my ticket twice as the Paris office was unable to ticket the flights in time for my departure.

The service of the crew on long haul flights is simply beyond reproach.
The flight to and then from JNB back to Paris was a joy. My status is noted and appreciated and this is done in a very genuine way. The Purser, on both flights, came several times to check in on me and how I’m finding the flight

Communication regarding any delays could be better, my flight from Edinburgh to Paris on 12 August 2023 was delayed by over 45 minutes and it took ages before the passengers were advised of this delay. Otherwise, flights were very good.

I Booked a flight to Paris CDG on route to Rennes and within 1-2 hours they had cancelled it and rebooked me to a flight I could not use as I had already booked train tickets to match the flight that did not show up as air/rail options

Been travelling for business to Paris recently and opted for Air France for the reputation. However, on one occasion I was 2kg over limit within the economy and I was asked to 55euros . I found this not fair or paragmatic fro your side given I paid nearly£ 400 for the trip

I like the way of service and the friendliness of the crew teams and obviously the nice food.
I would like the quality and variety of food served in the area of flights to Angola tobe improved at Paris airport; The people only find Maroccan Food and often even undercooked rice in takeaway bowls.

Very easy to book our flights to Paris and pick our seats, hopefully the flight itself will be just as good, but we will not know that until June next year.

Had a booking nightmare booking for 7 to Lyon. 90% of the way through my booking was cancelled and I was told to start again. When I did the prices had gone up loads. It took ages and was very stressful. If you have a broken journey you pay for 4 seat bookings. Couldn’t work out how to bring skis. Fair price compared to EasyJet and BA if you can tolerate a change at Paris.

Bought a business class single ticket from Budapest to Paris. Inattentive and indifferent service by the cabin staff, little friendliness and no proactive service - I had to press the call button several times to get top ups. Service in BA and Swiss business class is significantly better.
