very disappointed . Repeated a previous order to ensure a close colour match and received a completely different colour. I totally understand that dye batches can differ and therefore it is almost impossible to guarantee an exact match but this was an expensive waste of money

I recently ordered a dress by telephone which was in stock and telephoned yesterday to find out why I had not received it only to be told it was not in stock. Surely at the very least I could have been advised but it was definitely in stock when I ordered. I also find that the orders are taking far too long to arrive. Very disappointed with Peter Hahn!

Had to call and ask where my delivery was as it was 7 days beyond delivery date as on the order email. Was told that item was back dated to September. I had not received any communication about this change of delivery. Had a specific date/ event that I was hoping the dress would be appropriate for. Was very disappointed in such awful customer service. Cancelled order. Will definitely think hard be

I ordered a dress on 11th June, and it has just been delivered, today, 9th July. I have phoned several times to establish the whereabouts of the item, and sent emails. The excuse was that they had incorrectly printed the labels on several orders that had only a name on the house, but no number, they had omitted to print the name of the house and therefore the parcel was returned to sender!

I am still awaiting delivery of my order placed on 22nd May. I have sent an email before and I received an automatic reply say in I would receive a personal message soon. I am still waiting. As I am going away this weekend and wanted it for that I shall cancel the order if I don't receive it by Thursday and also as zi thinkthat the dresses I ordered are now in the sale I expect a rebate.

These 2 dresses have never arrived .
I did speak with one of your assistants who said all I could do was wait.
