1980s High Latitude Climate Impacts Political Cartoon from TU

A piece of political art by an unknown artist created in what seems to be both coloured pen and paint, in cartoon style, entitled 'HIGH LATITUDE CLIMATE IMPACTS'. The picture shows two northern indigenous people in a thawing igloo, one of which is saying 'ON NO, NOT....SPRING AGAIN' at a climate, the change of which they have no control over. A bemused polar bear looking up in the background at a sky of white, various greys and black, and the northern lights are visible. The snow has white, but is predominantly of grey; the heavier use of grey than white has significance to the political message. The art is signed 'Jim' and has the date '84'. Despite contacting various galleries and cartoon experts, we have been unable to identify the artist. Condition is good, and the picture as a whole is clean, the strong card mount is structurally in very good condition, and has quite a number of small dirty marks on, and there a lot of grubby marks on its reverse.
