Cantona signed for the Red Devils in 1992 for PS1 million pounds, joining from bitter rivals Leeds United. He made an instant impact in the Premier League, scoring and assisting at will. In his 5 year spell at Old Trafford the Frenchman scored 64 goals in 143 appearance. In 1997, Cantona announced his retirement from football at the young age of 30.
