Cover has "Murray's Hand-book - Central Italy & Florence". 6th edition, 1864. Including Lucca, Tuscany, Florence, The Marches, Umbria, Part of the Patrimony of St. Peter, and the island of Sardinia. Cloth bound hardback book in good condition for its age. Ends of spine and corners bumped and worn, with small tears to material at bottom of spine. end. Corners bumped and worn. Spine and parts of boards sunned. Cloth to covers a little wrinkled and discoloured. Hinges cracked but binding still holding. Front free endpaper torn out. Closed tear and creasing to paper on front pastedown. Occasional light foxing. Back pocket has an 1853 pull out map of Savoy and Piedmont, which is in good condition, with small tears at some of folds and slight foxing. Three fold out maps in text all in very good condition.
