Splendid, Akoya cultured salt sea, pearl necklace containing 85 lustrous, slight creamy color, well matched, round pearls of very fine quality, freshly knotted. The 3 larger front pearls are measuring 7mm & 6.3mm, graduating down to 3.4mm diameter terminating with an Antique Victorian cluster diamond clasp, in 14k yellow gold. Diamonds: Eleven (11) Rose cut diamonds with a beautiful color & clarity. The central diamond weighs approx. 0.25 carat, measuring 5mm diameter & ten (10) small rose cut diamonds weighing together approx. 0.30 carat. Period: Antique clasp dating circa 1850s & Akoya Pearls dating circa 1920s Condition: Very good, the clasp works perfectly. Clasp: 14k yellow gold, acid tested. Clasp dimensions: 0.43 inches (1.10cm). Necklace length: 17.3 inches (44 cm). Total weight 15 grams. Note: in order to preserve the original condition of the jewel, stones have not been removed from their setting.
