The Albert Scharning Silver Gilt Green Guilloche Enamel Necklace brought to you by Scottish and Scandinavian Designs. Albert Scharning another Norwegian silversmith who's workshop was registered in Molde, some 300 miles north of Oslo in 1900 specialising in traditional Norwegian (bunad) jewellery, in the 1950's his son, Per Scharning took over the business growing the silver enamel jewellery along with the traditional Bunad jewellery - the silversmithy eventually closed in 1980. This full necklace comprising of x links dates to the 1950's and is in excellent preloved condition the deep green waveform links sit beautifully around the neck and would look great against a jumper blouse or dress.
