With 32 resistance levels, the Alpha cross trainer will push you to your limits and with 12 preset training programmes, you will always have something new to challenge you. The console is easy to use with a simple dial and push selector wheel. The blue backlit display is sharp and clear to read and displays an additional hill profile so you can see exactly where you are within a programme. The Alpha's 9kg flywheel guarantees a smooth elliptical motion throughout all resistance levels. Finally, your heart rate can be monitored either by the integrated handgrip pulse sensors or by Bluetooth.
