The Blue Backlit console offers all the feedback needed to achieve a great workout and with 32 levels of resistance, even the fittest rider will be challenged. To prevent boredom the Alpha upright bike provides 12 fun programmes and your heart rate can be monitored either by the handgrip pulse sensors in the adjustable handlebars or by Bluetooth. A 9kg flywheel guarantees a smooth pedalling action even on the highest resistance. Transport wheels at the front make it easy to move around.
