Vintage guide book on drawing and painting animals with advice and detailed pictures of animal anatomy in order to help improve animal accuracy. Undated, message to previous owner is dated 1940. Condition: Good - No dust jacket. Book has some wear from age and use but is in good condition for its age. The boards have some marks and fading, the corners also bow inwards a bit but they are intact with no major damage. The pages have tanning and age marks towards the front and back as well as some general small marks from age and use. Mostly they are clean and clear, there are two instances of annotations in pen, one underlining a few lines and the other lines in the margins. Pages are rough cut and the edges of some look a bit ragged from being separated from being attached. The spine and binding are intact, the netting is visible in a few page gutters but no pages are notably loose.
