Anthisan Cream is for insect bites and stings and is designed to reduce pain, itching, and inflammation an insect bite or sting, as well as nettle rash can cause. It contains an Antihistamine which blocks the chemical histamine that is produced during an allergic reaction. What is the active ingredient in Anthisan Cream and what does it do? Mepyramine maleate: This belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. It works by blocking a natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. Warnings and Precautions Not suitable for children under 2 years old. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
