A beautiful folding nursery chair in ebonized mahogany with rattan seat and back made in the late Victorian/ early Edwardian era. It is elegantly designed and thoughtfully constructed. It has a nice weight and feel of good quality old furniture. It is in good vintage condition with wear in all the right places and enough small marks and knocks to give it lots of character. There are some holes from woodworm in the left front leg but there is nothing currently living in them. The cane back and seat are in very good condition and are holding together well. The whole chair is very solid with no squeaks or rattles to indicate lose joinery. Dimensions (when unfolded) Height 59cm Seat Height 24.5cm Width 32cm Depth 56cm Weight 2kg
