Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rare Casks Rum is the passion project of their famed Master Distiller Joy Spence. It's a blend of rare hand-picked pot and column still Rums that were aged for at least 12 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica - this makes the aging even more intense.
