This book is an album of sculptures by Arno Breker (1900-1991) from 1920 to 1980. An accomplished sculptor for much of his life, much of his work is controversial due to his ties to Nazi Germany. Despite these ties he still received commissions for sculptures after the war, making portraits of major individuals such as Haile Selassie, Salvador Dali, Konrad Adenauer and Anwar Sadat. The book is in good condition, with much of the external wear limited to the dust jacket. Internally the pages are clean, the binding strong and the illustrations clear. The text is all in German.
