The book is one of a limited edition of 2000 copies and is one of the 500 presentation copies. It is signed by the author, Robert diCurcio. There is an introduction by Stuart Feld. The book and dusk jacket are in excellent condition and are in a somewhat faded blue presentation box. The dust jacket has a protective plastic cover. There is a small number on the spine of the dust jacket.
