Atlas Of Cork City
Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
Some bumping and tearing to the edges of the dust jacket. A little bumping to the bottom of the hardcover's spine and to the bottom of the front cover. A little foxing on the hardcover and the inside of the dust jacket. Clean and bright pages. A unique project, marking Cork's designation as the European Capital of Culture in 2005, the atlas provides the reader with a range of perspectives on the city and its development over time. It is not an atlas in the conventional sense, as it is not solely reliant of maps, though there are many of these, both historical and specially commissioned for the volume.
