75cl / 12.5% - Bence is a talented young winemaker from Hungary, he uses organic Cabernet Franc grapes in his wines. There are lovely dusty florals on the nose, with hedgerow fruits and a hint of clay following thereafter. The palate has a light spritz with juicy ripe fruit and crunchy raspberries on the finish. This works well chilled and with richer fish dishes.
