In July of 2005, pianist Menahem Pressler and the Beaux Arts Trio celebrated their 50th anniversary by recreating their triumphant public debut, which took place on July 13, 1955 at the Berkshire Music Festival, now known as Tanglewood. Recorded in Auer Hall at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music, the anniversary performance features three of Beethoven's cherished trios: the C Minor Op. 1 No. 3, "The Ghost" Op. 70, and "Archduke" Op. 97. The programme also includes exclusive interviews with the trio, a look at a rehearsal, and historical recordings and photographs. DVD disk and case in very good condition. There are some small scratches on DVD case.
