A paperback looking at the Mills of Bedfordshire, tracing their history from the earliest built in the 11th or 12th century to the Victorian examples through to their decline in the 20th century. The book includes both windmills and watermills, there were about 400 mills at one time in Bedfordshire. This book is in good condition, although the glue for the spine has dried and there are some loose pages.
