Using Quartz technology , all of the burners ignite rapidly, and the stainless steel vaporisers disperse the heat uniformly to improve the food's flavour and avoid flare-ups. The stainless steel rollback roasting hood is built to allow it to rest comfortably against a wall. Additionally, it has an integrated thermometer and viewing window that enable for superb indirect cooking without the need to raise the lid. All of this along with a no-nonsense 5 year limited warranty for the burner box and a 2 year limited warranty on all other parts.
