The BeefEater 1600S Series 3 Burner Barbecue with Cabinet Trolley and Side Burner is nearly identical to the 1600E model; however, this model is built with 304 grade stainless steel for a sleek aesthetic and durable strength. You can easily check your food while it cooks without removing the lid thanks to the large cooking area with black porcelain-enamelled cast iron surfaces inside a double-skinned stainless steel roasting hood , which also has a large viewing window and an integrated thermometer . This model has 3 main burners and a side burner that is integrated right into the BBQ's right-side shelf. Due to its output being a little lower than that of the main burners, the side burner is perfect for quickly preparing stir-fries and sauces. To prevent flare-ups, there are stainless steel vaporisers that effectively spread the flames across the grill and plate surfaces. All burners, however, make use of the Quartz Start Ignition system for quick and dependable lighting. The BBQ unit fits into a vented cabinet trolley made of 304 grade stainless steel, which also has lots of interior storage, including the mentioned side shelves and hinged doors. The trolley is set on four top-of-the-line, lockable swivel castors, which make it simple to move.
