75cl / 12.5% - Vincent and Raphael Bereche took over the family estate back in 2004 and it has gone from strength to strength since, becoming real ambassadors for the small producers of Champagne. This Champagne comes from the wonderful grand cru of Ay which gives full bodied, structured wines. On the nose hints of hedgerow fruits, toast and soft spices. The palate is rich and full with plenty of dark fruits and spicy shortbread. Try pairing this Champagne with chicken dishes, monkfish or Daal.
