August Sebastiani, the president of 3 Badge Beverages, is a fourth-generation member of one of its oldest Wine families. Based in this fertile valley along the rugged Pacific coastline, the company, you guessed it -- produces wine. Lately, they've broadened their portfolio to Spirits with incredible success. Happy times. Bib & Tucker 6 Year Old Small Batch Bourbon No. 24 was bottled in 2021. This iconic release was crafted from a mash of 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley and it was distilled twice at a top secret Tennessee Distillery. Aged in charred American white oak barrels for six years, it clocks in at a respectable 46% ABV. This caramel-colored Bourbon greets you with sweet baking spices aromas. The bold palate is packed with tannings, cigar box, and menthol flavors, balanced by sweet orange jam and stewed fruit. An intense, tasty, and straightforward Bourbon. Smartass Corner: The name Bib & Tucker is a reference for a term used in America's rough and tumble early days to describe a person's fanciest attire -- the one you would wear to a wedding or a special dance.
