Our traditional Steak and Ale Pie is made with 100% free-range British beef and locally brewed West Country ale. Packed with tender chunks of free-range beef and proper hearty gravy, this hand-finished pie is seasoned with a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a little Dijon mustard for added depth of flavour. We've collaborated with Pieminister to bring you some of the best pies our country has to offer. Pieminister are a Bristol-based company close to our Somerset butchery. The team bake their pies the traditional way, ensuring the pastry always comes out crispy and the ingredients are visible, vibrant and ethically sourced. These award-winning pies are delivered in recyclable packaging, celebrating British produce with a focus on sustainability and unbeatable flavour. Our pies are suitable for home freezing. Freeze within the use by date and use the same day when defrosted. Not suitable for refreezing. Cooking your pie from chilled: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/Gas Mark 4. 2.
