Howe was acknowledged by critics and admirers alike as Minister of Everything. Mackenzie King's Minister of Munitions and Supply, a job which gave him final authority for the entire scope of the nation's war production. But he was also the man who presided over Air Canada, the CBC, international wheat sales, atomic energy, public housing and frontier development from British Columbia to Labrador. Shelf wear. Pages are slightly yellowed along the edges. In fair condition.
