Canesten Cream 1% pack size 20G Treats fungal skin infections. What is Canesten Cream 1%? Canesten 1% Cream treats fungal skin infections including ringworm, fungal sweat rash, and candidal nappy rash. It contains a broad spectrum anti-fungal agent with activity against the dermatophytes and yeasts that are associated with fungal infections. What are the key symptoms of fungal infection? Red rash Blisters Itchy skin Burning of skin Stinging of skin Flaky skin Cracked skin Scaly skin Splitting of skin Softening of skin Whitening skin Unpleasant odour from the affected skin NOTE: You probably won't have every symptom listed. Warnings and Precautions Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Read the package leaflet before use. Do not use it if the expiration date printed on the carton has passed. Do not use if you or your baby are allergic to clotrimazole or any of the ingredients If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying for a baby tell your doctor or midwife before using Canesten cream As with other creams, Canesten cream may reduce the effectiveness of rubber contraceptives, such as condoms or diaphragms. So if you are using this cream on the vulva or penis, you should use alternative precautions for at least five days after using this product. Ingredients Active ingredients: clotrimazole 1% w/w. Other ingredients: benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, cetyl palmitate, cetostearyl alcohol, octyldodecanol, and purified water.
