Caol Ila 8 Year Old 2012 vintage Islay single malt Scotch whisky. On July 20th 1969 Apollo 11 lunar lander call sign 'Eagle' undocked from command module Columbia and went into lunar orbit. The World held its breath and watched. Landing on the lunar surface, commander Neil Armstrong proclaimed "Houston, Tranquility Base here. The Eagle has landed". "To mark this occasion we have bottled a single sherry butt distilled in 2012 bottled October 2020. 699 numbered bottles exclusive to The Whisky Barrel.
