Callebaut chocolate has been manufactured with 150 years of experience in Belgium, using only the highest quality ingredients. Using only the very best cocoa beans, they are renowned for being one of the largest manufacturers of chocolate in the world and is the brand of choice for many of the top chocolatiers. This caramel flavoured Belgian chocolate is amongst the finest there, and has been made with chocolatiers in mind. Due to its unique 'callet' shape, this chocolate is exceptionally easy to melt, temper or even to use as chocolate chips for baking! The 'callet' shape also allows melting to be much more consistent, due to the larger surface area. This chocolate is great for enrobing, creating hollow figures, moulding, filling, and many other types of decorations. This is 100% milk chocolate, with real caramel to add to the taste. Pack contains 2.5kg. Suitable for Vegetarians PLEASE NOTE: Although stored in a chilled environment, we cannot guarantee this item will be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle.
