This unlacquered brass casement fastener is part of our new range of traditional ironmongery from Cardea. It is made using a copper/zinc mix that ensures quality The copper/zinc mix will pass for 'old-time brass' reflecting the colours all around on its glorious golden surface. If the product is used outside it will oxidize and tarnish well Dimensions: -Handle Length: 110mm - Overall Projection: 45mm - Projection Backplate to Tongue: 15mm - Backplate: 16mm x 62mm - Mortice Plate: 16mm The Mortice Plate is the most common type of plate, used on standard casement windows where the fastener 'tongue' can latch into the frame. The Hook Plate is for use on 'flush' casement windows, where it is not possible to use the frame for the fastener to hold the window closed Suitable for weather seal windows Sold in singles, complete with fixings
