Description This is a fairly hot, Sri Lankan curry, that is packed full of flavour. It has a thick, rich sauce that is made up from the addition of tomatoes and coconut cream. This curry kit is packed full of whole spices, including cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves and chillies. So it can be enjoyed with either meat, fish or vegetables. Instructions Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add the spices to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of chopped meat or vegetables to the pan and coat in the spices (if using fish, add at the end of cooking and poach in the liquid for a few minutes until cooked). Add a 400g tin of tomatoes along with a 160ml tin of coconut cream. Add the dehydrated onions and garlic and stir. Simmer until your meat/veg/fish is cooked through, then serve! Ingredients Dehydrated onions & garlic Ground spices (Coriander, cumin, ginger, turmeric, chilli, fennel, fenugreek, green cardamom, cinnamon) Whole spices (Dried red chilli, curry leaves, cloves) Salt.
