When the water comes to a boil, the steam generates the precise pressure necessary to pass through the ground beans to the top. Voila - your perfect espresso is ready to serve! The extraction of aromas from ground coffee is particularly effective, which gives a strong and rich drink. The safety valve releases any excess steam and the silicone seal allows the pressure to rise in the lower part safely. The chrome / satin stainless steel material preserves the classic Chambord style. The water tank is wider than the upper vase, topped by the vaulted lid and button handle which gives the characteristic Chambord look. The retro-style handle in black Bakelite is robust and heat resistant.
