I design & hand craft all of my work from beginning to end, from mixing my own clay to the perfect shade, to sanding, drilling & assembling the final pieces from my studio. All packaging is 100% recyclable & plastic free. RETURNS POLICY - Due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. CARE INSTRUCTIONS - All Orders Come With a Care Card Polymer clay is naturally flexible but excessive bending can lead to breakage. Avoid contact with cosmetic products & perfumes. Do not swim or bathe with them in. Clean gently with a cotton bud & water to remove any cosmetic marks. POSTAGE - All orders are sent UK Royal Mail 2nd Class. The boxes can go right through your letterbox & therefore postage does not include tracking or a signature.
