This word is particularly difficult to pipe, especially in a special font, but the Western Congratulations Flexabet makes things easy. To use the Flexabet, simply roll your fondant into the onlay, gently turn out the letters and add them to your cake. There’s no clicking, cutting or tapping, just flawless lettering for a range of different celebration cakes. The Western Flexabet is ideal for country and western themed cakes, ‘Man Cakes’, cowboy cakes and anything with a vintage feel. The lettering also looks great when a gold or silver lustre is used to give it that metallic effect. It’s not just vintage cakes however; the Western Flexabet looks great on more contemporary cakes too, adding a new dimension to something that otherwise might look a bit ordinary. To customise your letters, try using different coloured fondant in the Flexabets or once your design has been turned out, dust them with lustre or sparkle dust for a glittering, shiny finish. The Flexabet can be used with a huge range of different decorating mediums including: Sugarpaste/fondant, modelling paste, modelling chocolate, flower paste, royal icing, marzipan and much more besides.
