Our freshly landed Cornish Crab is low in fat, high in protein and delicately flavoured. Try stirring through pasta with a squeeze of lemon juice and pinch of chilli flakes for a healthy lunch or dinner option. Sustainably sourced from Newlyn on the South Coast of Cornwall, we ensure there is no damage to the marine environment by using a traditional crab pot fishing method. Once our day boats have landed their catch, we cook our crabs for only as long as necessary, expertly picking out the meat using a combination of machines and nimble fingers. The result is a delicious mixture of white and brown meat (with additional health benefits) and quality, British crab.
