One thing many a parent has said is "But I wish it was R129 compliant!" and so Cybex listened and created the new Sirona M2 i-Size!The Sirona M2 is a little bit different from its predecessor; the swivel and impact cushion are gone - but all the safety and comfort features are still there and improved to ensure it meets the stricter R129 standard! A new feature is the integrated Linear Side Impact Protection (SIP) system to offer a shock absorber to help absorb energy from a side impact faster.The removal of the swivel function allows the Sirona M2 to be more compact (the original was rather bulky!) which gives it great compatibility with cars. The seat now has a click-in system which allows for an easy change between rear-facing and the optional forward-facing position.Keeping a great deal of adaptability, the Sirona M2 has a 12-position height-adjustable headrest to grow with your child, and the harness grows too so no complicated rethreading. The harness can also be held open with magnetic clips to make getting your little one in and out easier.For your child's comfort and an ideal sitting and lying position, the seat has 5 recline positions in rear-facing mode or 3 in forward-facing mode.
