The DKN 140kg Tri Grip Adjustable Olympic weight set features a complete selection of items required to build the correct barbell to tackle all essential exercises. Training with free weights can be used effectively to train all major muscle groups, and with the selection of weight plates provided in this set, each workout can be adjusted for extra challenge and tweaked precisely when training in harmony with an established gym plan. The plates are designed to last countless workouts thanks to a combination of cast iron material and hammertone paint finish, whereas the embossed weight marks provide an easy way of identifying the correct plate for the right exercise. The triple handle design offers a firm grip which is subsequently responsible for effortless and safe loading. Furthermore, the set includes a robust chrome plated bar suitable for Olympic discs which ensures great ergonomic grip and stable motion rep after rep. The bar alone weights a hefty 20kg (44lbs) and offers a respectable maximum load capacity of 320kg (705.5lbs). Furthermore, the grip of the bar remains solid even when covered with sweat thanks to the knurled surface, and included spring collars prevent the plates from wobbling during heavy duty workouts, helping lifters remain focused on the job.
