It carves and cruises on pistes a like a top-end ski, and thanks to the width and construction it deals with any conditions when you get it off-piste. In powder the rocker and RP shaping create effortless turns. This is the ski to take when you need something to work everywhere. Skier Type Advanced and expert skiers wanting all condition performance from one ski. It may be easy to ski but it does also have a huge performance range thanks to the high-tech construction. The shape and flex make it more on the playful side than powerful, but this doesn t mean it isn t lively or responsive. Overview Shape The shape is both surfy and intuitive. The tapered tip and tail initiate turns effortlessly and allows them to be exited with clean carves or easily washed out. 100mm provides impressive float when you find soft snow, working with the shape to allow the ski to flow through turns in powder and keep a fun. surfy feel even when the snow isn t deep or you re on groomers. The turny 15m radius feels great on firmer snow and helps create the flowing feel in softer conditions. Rocker Rocker at the tip and tail equates to 45% rocker. Sounds like a lot but it works perfectly with the shaping. The camber underfoot makes the most of the carbon construction and playful 15m radius. Core DPS uses a two-layer wood setup "Split Core". Using ash at the bottom for added power and bump absorption and on top, they use poplar to keep it lightweight without sacrificing performance. To amp performance even more, they sandwich it between two layers of carbon, giving you a boost without the unwanted weight that metal incurs. It's the perfect blend of power, weight, and performance. Construction Full sidewall produces direct and strong power transmission for the best control. Key Features Race Bases Using a tough sintered base has its advantages. It can handle the knocks and scrapes that often happen when skiing in freeride terrain. Plus, it's excellent at soaking up wax, which means you'll get the smoothest glide possible for those speedy downhill runs on snow. Rockwell 48 steel edges Rockwell 48 steel edges are an excellent choice for freeride skis because they provide durability, edge retention, grip, versatility, and longevity all crucial attributes for skiers who seek adventure in challenging mountain environments. These edges contribute to a smoother and more confident freeride skiing experience, ensuring that you can push your limits and explore the backcountry with confidence. Ellis Brigham was born in 1933, the brainchild of Frederick Ellis Brigham, who set up business making cycling shoes and walking boots in a tiny 'two up, two down' building on the outskirts of Manchester.

After the war, as mountain walking and climbing became more and more popular, the shop began to sell ex-WD climbing equipment and Brigham's boots with their special nailing patterns became very sought after.

Fast forward almost 80 years and Ellis Brigham now has 24 shops across the UK and a leading website, making it the UK's premier retailer for ski hardware, mountaineering equipment and outdoor clothing.
