Tutu is a Cowhide Leather developed and engineered with the protections of the rider in mind, ensuring high performance levels in terms of abrasion, tear, cutting and traction resistance. Flexibility and softness are guaranteed by the high quality of carefully selected raw materials. State of the art Leather finishing technologies provide the Tutu Leather with extremely high levels of comfort whilst riding, and also ensuring excellent water and oil repellent properties. Along with this, the Tosa suit is made from S1 Bielastic fabric. S1 Bi-elastic fabric is for sports apparel composed of an elastomer coated with Cordura polyamide which is distinguished by elevated mechanical strength and bi-axial elastic properties, which guarantees excellent comfort levels. Protector treatment which has been developed through nanotechnology has been applied to the textile to ensure water/oil repellent properties.This suit features 1 zip calf construction, this will aid in getting the suit on and off your legs with ease without having to unzip too much. This suit comes with 3D bubble liner which is designed and tested to satisfy the needs of racers like Valentine Rossi, this special three-dimensional fabric enables an air chamber to be created between the inside and outside of the garment. The Chamber forms an insulating layer that maintains an ideal microclimate during both summer and winter. The D-Tec racing core that is included in this suit is a fully removable and washable inner suit that can be taking out to stay cool and also keep fresh at all times.This suit comes with an aerodynamic hump which can be used to improve times on the track or even to accommodate the water bag that can be bought separately. This suit offers a great freedom of movement thanks to it's bi-axial elasticated inserts. Dainese patent has brought safety and comfort to new levels: one large panel in Leather elasticated by bellows stretches which are perpendicular in two directions, width and length, in order to give the wearer greater freedom of movement around the kidneys, (when hunched over the fuel tank/riding position) chest and arms.This suit helps keep the rider cool in many ways. These include the Breathable Nano-feel liner with Silver Ion treatment. Nano Feel Lining is an innovative lining in bacteriostatic Polyester yarn which has been developed through nanotechnology studies. By treating the nanoparticles with Silver Ions this ensures greater efficiency in terms of antibacterial and anti-odour properties, durability and wash resistance, as the Silver particles are incorporated in the fibre itself and not merely applied to the outside - as with the case of conventional bacteriostatic yarns.The suit has composite protectors certified to EN 1621.1 standard on the elbow, shoulders and knees. It also includes the Pro-shape 2.0 soft protectors which are certified to EN 1621.1 standard on the hips.
